Hampton lakes is lovely and peaceful location situated on the Hwy 27.
It is about 3 miles southbound from the Hwy 192 (see map)
It has a communal pool, tennis courts, childrens playground and volleyball court.
The whole estate is looked after by a Home Owners Association,who look after all areas including, shrubs and lawns so it always looks great.
Hampton Knights is set away from Hwy 27 so no road noise.

Directions from Sanford/Orlando Airport

Take the central florida Greeneway(417 south toll road) form either airport.
Drive to you reach Interstate 4 (I4) go west towards Tampa.
Proceed west on the I4 until you come to Exit 55.(Junction with Hwy 27)
Come off at Exit 55
Take the left hand lane on the exit US27 NORTH (Clermont)
Hampton Lakes is on the right in approx 4 miles.
