Booking Terms and Conditions

  • Reservations
    An initial reservation can be made by email/telephone/fax. The dates you requested will be held for 5 working days. Until Deposit and booking form has been received.

  • Booking form
    The booking form shall be filled out by the leader of the party who takes responsibility for adhering to the terms and conditions and for all persons on the booking form.
    The leader of the party shall be over 21 years old and a member occupying the property.

  • Deposit
    A deposit of £125/$200 per week booked is due to secure the booking.
    This deposit is non-refundable and is deducted from the total rental cost.

  • Payment Balance
    The Payment Balance is due 8 weeks before the arrival date. We reserve the right to cancel the booking if payment is not received by the due date. A reminder will be sent 10 weeks before arrival.

  • Security Deposit
    A payment of £150/$250 is required with the outstanding balance, this to cover any damage that may occur whilst staying at our home.
    The security deposit is fully refundable within 21 days after a satisfactory inspection by our management company.

  • Payment
    Payment can be made in Pounds Sterling or U.S. Dollars. By either personal or cashier cheque, bank or wire transfer.

  • Cancellation Policy
    In the event of cancellation the following charges will apply.
    More than 8 weeks = loss of deposit
    6 to 8 weeks = 50% of rental charge
    4 to 6 weeks = 75% of rental charge
    Less than 4 weeks = 100% of rental charge All cancellations must be made in writing.
    In the unlikely event that we have to cancel we will only be liable to refund only the money already paid.

  • Force Majeure
    We the owners cannot be held liable to pay any compensation. In respect of any loss, damage or changes from any unforeseeable circumstances beyond our control, (but not limited to) war, riot, civil strife, floods, and closure of airports, adverse weather conditions or other events beyond our control.

  • Liability
    We the homeowners do not accept any liability.
    Therefore it is the guests responsibility for there own safety in respect of any loss, personal injury, accidents, loss or damage to personal effects however caused as a result of the use of the home, pool and spa area.
    The owners do not accept liability for loss of main services, failure of appliances or any actions taken in the vicinity
    No claims whatsoever will be accepted by the owners.

  • Pool
    Guests using the pool/spa or its surrounding area do so at there own risk. Children are required to be supervised at all times when using the pool & deck area. We the owners accept no responsibility for any loss or personal injury incurred whilst using the pool or its surrounding area.

  • Arrival and Departure
    Guests may gain access from 4 p.m. on the day of arrival.
    Guests should depart by 10 a.m. on the day of departure.
    Unless previously arranged.

  • Occupancy
    Only the persons named on the booking form may occupy our villa, any contravention of the above will render your booking void.

  • Insurance.
    Guests are recommended to take out adequate holiday insurance, to cover cancellation, accidents/illness or damage.

  • No Smoking Policy
    Please no smoking in our home, smoking is only allowed on the pool deck or outside the home.

  • Guests Agree to
    Take good care of our home, to keep it clean and tidy.
    Permit access to the home for repairs.
    Report any damage, loss, breakage, problem or concern immediately it is discovered to the management company.
